Braze announced three AI-focused tools at its Forge conference:

  • BrazeAI Decisioning Studio Go — uses AI decisioning to personalize campaign elements such as subject lines, CTAs, imagery and send times based on individual engagement data. It is currently in beta and is scheduled for general availability on October 14, 2026.

  • Agentic Standards — uses AI agents to perform campaign QA, including checking links, audience logic, accessibility, brand standards and compliance requirements.

  • Operator Connect — connects Braze's AI assistant with external AI environments such as Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing marketers to perform Braze tasks from outside the platform.

Why this is relevant to SalesGarners

The bigger shift is that AI is moving beyond content generation into campaign execution and operations. Instead of only helping marketers create emails or assets, AI is increasingly being used to make decisions, check campaigns, and execute workflows.

This is particularly relevant to demand generation and marketing operations, where personalization, campaign QA, audience logic and execution can involve large numbers of variables.
