Adobe is expanding the reach of its enterprise marketing technology by bringing its CX Enterprise Coworker agent into popular AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for business, Microsoft Copilot and Databricks Genie.

What Is Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker?

Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker is an agentic AI system designed to help organisations manage customer experience operations across the customer lifecycle.

Unlike conventional AI assistants that primarily respond to individual questions, Coworker can coordinate multiple tasks across marketing applications and enterprise systems.

Its capabilities include analysing campaign performance, identifying emerging trends, forecasting audiences, optimising customer journeys and supporting project and workflow management.

The system operates with human oversight, allowing teams to retain control over important decisions and actions.

Integration Across Leading AI Platforms

With the latest announcement, CX Enterprise Coworker is available through five external AI platforms:

  • ChatGPT: Available as a plugin.

  • Claude: Provides access through an integration.

  • Gemini for business: Brings Adobe's customer experience capabilities into Google's business AI environment.

  • Microsoft Copilot: Extends access through Microsoft's AI platform.

  • Databricks Genie: Connects customer experience workflows with Databricks' enterprise data environment.

Adobe also expects availability through Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake in the future.

The integrations are designed to help marketers access Adobe's customer and brand intelligence without constantly switching between different applications.

New MCP Connectors Expand Enterprise Integrations

Alongside the platform expansion, Adobe introduced new connectors based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

These pre-built integrations connect CX Enterprise Coworker with third-party business tools, including Amazon Ads, Demandbase, Meta campaign systems, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus and Snowflake Cortex AI.

The connectors allow marketing teams to retrieve information and take actions across connected systems through a single request, reducing the need for custom integration work.

Adobe also uses open standards such as Agent2Agent (A2A) to support collaboration between AI agents and enterprise applications.

Agencies and Consulting Firms Support Adoption

Adobe is working with global systems integrators, including Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC and TCS, to develop customised agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Agencies such as dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell and WPP are also incorporating their proprietary tools, expertise and industry knowledge into Coworker-based solutions.

These partnerships aim to help organisations move beyond AI experimentation and introduce agentic workflows into real business operations.

What This Means for the Future of Marketing

Adobe's announcement highlights an important shift in enterprise marketing technology. AI platforms are increasingly becoming operational environments where businesses can analyse information, coordinate workflows and execute tasks across multiple applications.

For marketing teams, this could mean faster campaign planning, improved audience insights and more connected customer journeys.

However, successful adoption will depend on reliable data, secure integrations and appropriate human oversight.

As enterprise AI continues to evolve, the ability to connect different platforms and coordinate intelligent workflows could become a major competitive advantage for businesses.
